About The Mediation Mill

After twenty five years working in consumer research and strategy with household brands, Lesley trained as a family mediator with the Family Mediators Association [FMA] in 2014 and achieved full FMCA accreditation in 2017 for ALL ISSUES mediation.  

Lesley mediates financial and children arrangement cases with particular experience working with families with teenagers and people with autism, ensuring everyone's needs are met within the mediation process.
